At The Camel Bar, we take pride in delivering high-quality skincare products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


🚚 Order Dispatch & Cancellation

  • All orders are usually dispatched within 12 hours of confirmation.

  • Order cancellations are allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch (within 12 hours), the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after dispatch.


❌ No Returns After Delivery

  • Goods once sold cannot be returned.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds after delivery, except in cases of shipping damage (see below).


📦 Damaged Products (Shipping Damage Only)

  • If you receive a damaged or leaked product due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory to validate the claim.

  • Replacement will be provided after verification.

  • No refunds will be issued for shipping damage cases — replacement only.


💰 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Women Only)

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee only for women, subject to the following conditions:

  • Applicable only if no results are seen after 30 days of consistent usage.

  • The claim must be supported with:

    • Before & after images

    • Usage confirmation as per product directions

  • The guarantee is valid only once per customer.

  • This policy does not apply to men or general dissatisfaction.

  • TCB Wellness Private Limited reserves the right to approve or reject claims after review.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • No refund after delivery except under the 30-day money-back guarantee (women only).

  • No refund for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect address

    • Delay due to courier partners

    • Minor packaging wear without product damage

  • All decisions taken by TCB Wellness Private Limited will be final and binding.
