How do I place an order?

How can I track my order?
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking details, or you can login to your account and click the order history and know the order status.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email to the registered Email address once you have placed the order in our website. You can also check the order status in “MY ACCOUNT” section if you are a registered member. If you have not received this e-mail, kindly e-mail us your order to care@thecamelbar.in
Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple.
How can I modify my products or address and phone number after placing order?
Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number or product details cannot be modified by you. However, Please write to care@thecamelbar.in for further assistance and we can modify the order details if it is not shipped already.
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you. Please write to care@thecamelbar.in for further assistance.
How can I return or replace a product?
All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to care@thecamelbar.in within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.
What is the standard order processing time?
All domestic orders are processed between 1- 2 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 3-5 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-7 business days.
